Refund and Cancellation – With Care and Clarity

At Career Saarthi, we believe that important educational and career decisions deserve thoughtful consideration and complete confidence. We encourage families to begin this journey only when they feel fully comfortable with their decision, and we strive to maintain transparency at every stage of the process.

Full Refund (No Questions Asked)

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may do so by sending a written request via email at least 24 hours before your first scheduled session.

In such cases, Career Saarthi will process a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Late Cancellation

If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the first scheduled session, a 50% refund will be issued.

This policy accounts for the preparation, planning, assessment review, and dedicated time already reserved for your family.

Once the Program Begins

Once the program, counseling process, mentoring engagement, assessment, or any paid service has commenced, refunds will not be applicable, regardless of whether you choose to discontinue participation before completion.

Our services involve personalized planning, assessments, mentor allocation, and resource preparation that begin immediately after enrollment and continue throughout the engagement.

Refund Processing

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to the official Career Saarthi support team.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
