At Career Saarthi, we believe important decisions deserve both thoughtfulness and comfort. We encourage families to begin this journey only when they feel fully confident—and we remain transparent at every step.

• Full Refund (No Questions Asked)
  If you inform us by email at least 24 hours before your first scheduled session, we will issue a 100% refund.
• Late Cancellation
  If the cancellation is communicated less than 24 hours before the first session, a 50% refund will be processed. This accounts for the preparation and dedicated time already reserved for your family.
• Once the Journey Begins
  After the program has commenced, refunds are not applicable, even if you choose to discontinue midway. Our work involves advance planning, personalised assessments, and committed mentor engagement from the very first interaction.

All requests are handled personally and discreetly via email, and eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
